We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the smooth operation of our dining floor and ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional meal. As a Server, you will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for greeting guests warmly, taking accurate food and beverage orders, and providing knowledgeable menu recommendations. Utilizing the Toast POS system, you will efficiently process orders and facilitate timely food delivery alongside our kitchen staff. Your ability to monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit and promptly address any concerns will be crucial in maintaining the restaurant's high standards.

This position caters to individuals passionate about excellent customer service within the food industry, with flexibility for full-time or part-time employment. Our Servers work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, balancing the demands of a busy service floor while adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations to uphold a safe and clean dining atmosphere. Additionally, competency in cash handling and basic math skills will support responsibilities such as cashiering tasks when required. The pay range for this role is competitive, offering between $15.49 and $30.00 per hour, reflecting experience and performance. Job Requirements

Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction
Familiarity with food handling practices, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations
Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail
Experience with POS systems such as Toast is highly desirable but not required
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
Cash handling experience is a plus
Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation is beneficial but not required
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented atmosphere

Job Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable

Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe dining environment
Assist with cashiering duties as needed, including cash handling and basic math for transactions
