Job Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Ability to deliver food and drinks using team delivery system
Ability to greet guests and interact verbally in a friendly manner
Proficiency with point-of-sale computerized register system
Ability to observe and respond to guest needs promptly
Capability to handle payments accurately
Ability to participate in clearing and resetting tables
Physical ability to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for extended periods
Ability to bend, kneel, and frequently lift and carry items up to 25 pounds
Ability to transport plates, glasses, baskets, and cases during shifts

Job Qualifications

Basic reading, writing, and math skills
Strong verbal communication abilities
Ability to stand and move for up to four hours at a time
Capability to bend, kneel, and lift up to 25 pounds frequently
Experience in a restaurant server or other front-of-house role is preferred but not required

Job Duties

Delivers food and drinks to guests using Applebee's team delivery system
Greet guests, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food, drinks, and service
Interact verbally with all guests creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere
Relay orders to service bar and kitchen via the point-of-sale computerized register system
Observe guests and respond to any additional requests
Present guest check to each table and accept a form of payment, making correct change or completing charge card procedures
Participate in clearing and resetting dining room tables
