  • Reliable transportation to work
  • Must meet local minimum age requirements for alcohol service
  • Able to stand for long periods
  • Ability to reach, bend, and stoop frequently
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
  • Ability to handle money responsibly

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant environment preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards is a plus

Job Duties

  • Maintain a guest focus and a positive attitude
  • Operate within the Double Dogs Teamwork Service System at all times
  • Be ready and willing to assist guests, management, and fellow associates as instructed
  • Assume 100 percent responsibility for guests' quality experience
  • Project an outgoing and friendly personality at all times
  • Able to work in a fast-paced high-volume restaurant environment
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, equipment usage, and service standards
  • Be prepared to exhibit and communicate complete knowledge regarding all products and services
  • Stock and maintain sufficient levels of products and supplies to assure efficient service
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation including dining room and guest areas
  • Handle, store, label, date and rotate all products properly and consistently
  • Comply with all company guidelines regarding food safety and personal safety
  • Complete required tasks within assigned time frames
  • Assist in maintenance, cleanliness and other duties as assigned
  • Follow procedures for opening, closing and ongoing cleanliness
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop frequently
  • Capable of working in a standing position for long periods of time
  • Meet local minimum age requirements for alcohol service
  • Obtain local permits and licenses required for serving alcohol
  • Ability to handle money responsibly, accurately and efficiently
