The role available at Smokey Bones involves supporting the restaurant's daily operations by ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining a clean, efficient service area. Team members are expected to engage with guests warmly from the beginning to the end of their dining experience, assist with clearing and resetting tables promptly, and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations in all kitchen and dining areas. The position entails tasks such as rolling clean silverware, removing dirty utensils and plates, assisting with food running, sweeping the service area, trash disposal, and addressing guest requests and concerns to ensure a positive atmosphere. Effective communication and teamwork are vital for success in this role, as well as the ability to escalate guest issues to management when necessary, always striving to resolve problems constructively. Job Requirements
- Able to communicate (speak, read, and write) in English
- Legal age in the state to serve alcohol
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Excellent customer service and people skills
- In-depth knowledge of food sanitation and safety policies
- Strong attention to detail
- High energy levels
- Ability to work in a team
- Excellent verbal communication
- Able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs. to waist level
- Able to move items up to 50 lbs. for distances of up to 25 feet
- Able to remain standing and active for an 8-12 hour shift
- Able to hear, understand and respond to employees' and guests' requests in a loud environment
- Able to tolerate exposure to cold and hot temperatures (below 0 F and above 90 F) throughout the shift

Job Duties
- Roll clean silverware for service
- Remove dirty utensils, plates, drinks from table
- Clean and reset tables after guests leave
- Sweep service area, take out trash, and fulfill any cleaning tasks necessary
- Assist guests from beginning to end of dining experience
- Escalate guest issues to management and resolve problems constructively
- Communicate well with teammates to ensure guest needs are met
- Help with food running
- Adhere to health and safety regulations in kitchen and dining areas
- Follow manager directions throughout shift
- Interact with guests and assist with their needs
