Job Duties

  • Take guest orders
  • fulfill guest requests
  • carry hot and cold plates to guests
  • lift and carry trays with drinks
  • pre-bus tables by removing plates, glassware, silverware, and garbage
  • process payments
  • make change
  • perform light cleaning
  • interact professionally with guests
  • complete side work
  • take garbage and recycling to dumpster
  • sweep floors
  • perform other restaurant duties as assigned
  • conduct restroom checks
  • keep restaurant in like new condition during and after every shift
  • have superior knowledge of food, drinks, standards, and expectations
