Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
valid food handler's license
TABC certification
ability to stand for extended periods
willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
excellent customer service skills
availability to complete one week of training upon hire

Previous serving experience in a casual or fine dining environment
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work well in a team setting
knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
professional and friendly demeanor

Job Duties

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
take accurate food and beverage orders
provide menu recommendations and detailed descriptions
deliver food and drinks promptly and professionally
maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure order accuracy and timely service
handle guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
