Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 21
  • must have full weekend availability
  • ability to follow safety and sanitation standards
  • willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • TB clearance as required by Hawaii state law
  • legal authorization to work in the State of Hawaii
  • reliable and punctual
  • good physical stamina

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a server or front of house role
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • familiarity with craft beer or willingness to learn
  • customer service orientation
  • ability to work weekends and flexible shifts
  • minimum age of 21

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
  • take and accurately enter customer orders
  • recommend menu items and craft beer pairings
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
  • adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • process payments and handle cash and credit transactions
  • collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
