Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 21
- must have full weekend availability
- ability to follow safety and sanitation standards
- willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to stand and move for extended periods
- TB clearance as required by Hawaii state law
- legal authorization to work in the State of Hawaii
- reliable and punctual
- good physical stamina
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in a server or front of house role
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- familiarity with craft beer or willingness to learn
- customer service orientation
- ability to work weekends and flexible shifts
- minimum age of 21
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- take and accurately enter customer orders
- recommend menu items and craft beer pairings
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
- adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- process payments and handle cash and credit transactions
- collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
