Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Must be at least 18 years old (where applicable)
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures
  • State-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is advantageous
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions
  • Knowledge of food safety and allergen awareness
  • State-mandated beverage service certification where required

Job Duties

  • Provide attentive and friendly service to guests
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
  • Follow safe food handling procedures and remain aware of food allergens
  • Uphold cash handling procedures as per company policy
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items to effectively sell food and beverages
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service
  • Obtain and maintain state-mandated beverage service certification where applicable
