Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or customer service preferred
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to operate POS system
- compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to communicate effectively
- possession of required beverage service certification in applicable states

- strong communication and interpersonal skills

- basic math skills for cash handling
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
Job Duties
- Work well in a fast-paced team environment
- practice safe food handling procedures
- maintain awareness of food allergens and proper handling steps
- follow company policies and procedures
- maintain knowledge of new and existing programs to support company goals
- operate point-of-sale (POS) system quickly and accurately
- uphold cash handling procedures
- possess state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
