Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
capable of standing and walking for extended periods
friendly and approachable demeanor
willingness to learn and adapt quickly
ability to handle cash and credit transactions responsibly

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
previous experience in a customer service or server role preferred but not required
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
basic knowledge of food and beverage menus is a plus
strong multitasking and organizational abilities

Job Duties

greet and seat guests promptly and with a smile
educate guests about the food, draft beer, and cocktail menu
recognize and engage loyalty members and new guests
maintain a high energy and positive attitude during shifts
ensure timely and accurate order taking and delivery
handle payment transactions including cash and credit card tips
uphold cleanliness and organization of the service area
