Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- One year of serving experience preferred
- Ability to read, write and understand English
- Manual dexterity of hands and arms to use kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push, pull continuously without sitting for extended periods
- Ability to lift or carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Provide high-quality dining service to residents and guests
- Assist in culinary activities across different dining venues including Bistro, Casual, Formal, Luminations® memory care, Club Room, and special events
- Maintain professional, friendly, courteous, helpful, and timely service known as The Sterling Touch®
- Work under the guidance of Executive Chef and Dining Room Supervisor ensuring community standards
- Enhance resident satisfaction through attentive and personalized service
- Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and staff
- Adhere to safety and hygiene standards in all dining areas
