Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous server experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Flexible schedule to work nights and weekends
Strong attention to detail
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Job Qualifications

Excellent emotional self awareness under pressure while maintaining a respectful, warm presence
Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
2+ years' server experience preferred
Attention to cleanliness and safety
Open availability including nights and weekends
Knowledge of a second language is a plus

Job Duties

Strong communication and listening skills to accurately take customers' food and drink orders
Can interpret guest's desires and provide recommendations
Have a detailed knowledge of menu items
Work closely with management to create a pleasant dining experience
Enjoys providing great hospitality
