Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years old
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder
  • Ability to work 12 hours a day, 7 days a week for up to 28 weeks
  • Must pass pre-employment drug testing including marijuana and controlled substances
  • Ability to meet moderate physical demands such as lifting, bending, climbing, and long periods of standing or walking
  • Must comply with grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
  • No alcohol consumption allowed during employment
  • Willingness to undergo emergency and safety training
  • Temporary employment not to extend beyond 28 weeks

Job Qualifications

  • At least eighteen (18) years of age
  • American citizen or Green Card holder
  • Ability to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred but not required
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
  • Willingness to adhere to grooming standards and safety protocols

Job Duties

  • Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
  • Set-up and break-down breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour including table settings, linen, silverware, china, and glassware
  • Cater to all culinary requests efficiently
  • Acknowledge guests by name, escort them to their tables, present menus, suggest courses and wines, and answer questions
  • Relay orders to the galley and serve courses and beverages with care, ensuring presentation and garnishing
  • Perform additional duties such as greeting guests upon embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, and catering evening entertainment
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and adhere to safety and hygiene standards
