Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years old
- Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder
- Ability to work 12 hours a day, 7 days a week for up to 28 weeks
- Must pass pre-employment drug testing including marijuana and controlled substances
- Ability to meet moderate physical demands such as lifting, bending, climbing, and long periods of standing or walking
- Must comply with grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
- No alcohol consumption allowed during employment
- Willingness to undergo emergency and safety training
- Temporary employment not to extend beyond 28 weeks
Job Qualifications
- At least eighteen (18) years of age
- American citizen or Green Card holder
- Ability to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred but not required
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
- Willingness to adhere to grooming standards and safety protocols
Job Duties
- Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
- Set-up and break-down breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour including table settings, linen, silverware, china, and glassware
- Cater to all culinary requests efficiently
- Acknowledge guests by name, escort them to their tables, present menus, suggest courses and wines, and answer questions
- Relay orders to the galley and serve courses and beverages with care, ensuring presentation and garnishing
- Perform additional duties such as greeting guests upon embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, and catering evening entertainment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and adhere to safety and hygiene standards
