Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year relevant hospitality or senior living experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing with residents and staff
- Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to prepare and serve food within scheduled time frame
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in food service areas
- Must be able to work flexible hours including AM and PM shifts
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one year relevant experience in hospitality, full-service or senior living preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
- Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to prepare and serve food safely
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including AM and PM
- Basic knowledge of health and safety standards in food service
Job Duties
- Prepare food items and serve food to residents within scheduled time frame
- Clean and maintain food service areas including kitchen and dining room
- Communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing with residents and staff
- Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Provide excellent customer service fostering a welcoming environment
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Assist with stocking and organizing supplies
