Job Requirements

Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
capacity to stand during an 8 to 12 hour shift
ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
experience in customer service or food service preferred
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a team and multitask effectively
basic knowledge of POS systems

Job Duties

Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
suggest sale of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly in the POS system
pick up and deliver food orders in a timely manner
ensure customer satisfaction, offer drink refills and clear any unused items
deliver and settle bills promptly, thank guests and invite them to return
follow all food safety regulations
