- prior experience in customer service or food service preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- passion for food and hospitality
- ability to work as part of a team
- knowledge of safe food handling practices
- verifiable state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
