Job Requirements
- At least eighteen years of age
- American citizen or Green Card holder
- Willingness and ability to work 12 hours daily for 7 days a week up to 28 weeks
- Moderate physical ability including lifting, bending, climbing, standing, and walking for extended periods
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug test which includes marijuana and other controlled substances
- Strict adherence to no alcohol consumption while on board
- Compliance with emergency and safety training for ship operation
- Acceptance of temporary employment status not exceeding 28 weeks
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- American citizen or Green Card holder
- Ability to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week for up to 28 weeks
- Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure and a positive attitude
- Willingness to adhere to grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
Job Duties
- Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
- Efficiently set up and break down dining areas including tables, linen, silverware, china, and glassware
- Cater to all culinary requests promptly and efficiently
- Acknowledge guests by name, escort them to their tables, present menus, suggest courses and wines, and answer questions about menu items
- Relay orders accurately to the galley and serve courses and beverages with care ensuring proper presentation
- Perform additional functions such as greeting guests upon embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, and supporting evening entertainment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area adhering to company standards
