Job Requirements

  • At least eighteen years of age
  • American citizen or Green Card holder
  • Willingness and ability to work 12 hours daily for 7 days a week up to 28 weeks
  • Moderate physical ability including lifting, bending, climbing, standing, and walking for extended periods
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug test which includes marijuana and other controlled substances
  • Strict adherence to no alcohol consumption while on board
  • Compliance with emergency and safety training for ship operation
  • Acceptance of temporary employment status not exceeding 28 weeks

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least eighteen years of age
  • American citizen or Green Card holder
  • Ability to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week for up to 28 weeks
  • Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure and a positive attitude
  • Willingness to adhere to grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings

Job Duties

  • Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
  • Efficiently set up and break down dining areas including tables, linen, silverware, china, and glassware
  • Cater to all culinary requests promptly and efficiently
  • Acknowledge guests by name, escort them to their tables, present menus, suggest courses and wines, and answer questions about menu items
  • Relay orders accurately to the galley and serve courses and beverages with care ensuring proper presentation
  • Perform additional functions such as greeting guests upon embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, and supporting evening entertainment
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area adhering to company standards
