Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • State-mandated beverage service certificate in applicable states
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and attending to guests
  • Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system quickly and accurately
  • Follow safe food handling procedures and be aware of food allergens
  • Uphold cash handling procedures and comply with company policies
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items to effectively sell and recommend
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience
