Job Duties
- Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and attending to guests
- Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system quickly and accurately
- Follow safe food handling procedures and be aware of food allergens
- Uphold cash handling procedures and comply with company policies
- Maintain knowledge of menu items to effectively sell and recommend
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience
