Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol based on state regulations
Flexible to work a variety of shifts
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask under pressure
Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
Willingness to learn and adapt to restaurant needs

Job Qualifications

Previous experience as a server preferred but not required
Alcohol certification and Serve Safe a plus
Ability to work a variety of shifts
Knowledge of food and beverage menus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive and friendly attitude
Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Duties

Deliver genuine hospitality and an exceptional dining experience by guiding guests through the menu
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of all food and beverage offerings
Provide timely, attentive, fun and friendly service to ensure guests feel valued and well cared for
Create positive first impressions that build loyalty in return guests
Be a team player with a can-do attitude to deliver 100 percent guest satisfaction
