Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
flexible to work days, nights, and weekends
able to work in noisy, fast-paced environment
capable of reading and writing handwritten notes
able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
able to stand and move for 100 percent of shift
frequently able to reach, bend, and stoop
comply with dress code requirements
legally authorized to work
strong interpersonal skills
able to communicate clearly in English

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in customer service or food service preferred
strong communication skills
ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
familiarity with POS systems is a plus
ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
capacity to stand and move for extended periods
basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
proficiency in English
team player with positive attitude
ability to maintain professionalism under pressure

Job Duties

Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the combination of food, drinks, and games
keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters
create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
adhere to company sanitation procedures
maintain responsibility for personal bank and ensure accurate financial transactions
follow alcohol awareness procedures
assess guest demeanor and report to manager when needed
greet newly seated guests in a friendly and timely manner
accurately take food and drink orders
maintain thorough knowledge of menu items
enter orders into Micros correctly
ensure proper food garnishment and delivery
work efficiently adhering to "full hands in, full hands out" philosophy
assist in party setup and breakdown
bus and reset tables
assist other team members as needed
manage sales on personal Micros keys and complete station side work
participate in incentives and contests
follow portion guidelines to control cost while maximizing guest experience
ensure ongoing guest satisfaction through timely responses
keep station clean and organized
maintain cooperative working relationships
communicate effectively with guests to enhance their experience
demonstrate ability to operate Micros, handle cash and credit transactions
read and communicate in English
dress neat, clean, and professional
be at least 18 years old
