- Ability to execute at a high standard in a high-volume, scratch-kitchen atmosphere
- Ability to remain calm and professional when business is busy

- Provide expert knowledge of the menu and beer selections to guests
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service to enhance guest satisfaction
- Manage tables efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced scratch-kitchen environment
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- Upsell specialty dishes and beer pairings to maximize guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area
- Foster a welcoming and engaging atmosphere through positive interactions with guests
