Job Requirements

  • At least 6 months of experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant
  • Team-player mentality
  • Ability to execute at a high standard in a high-volume, scratch-kitchen atmosphere
  • Ability to remain calm and professional when business is busy
  • Desire to enhance guest satisfaction by going above and beyond

Job Qualifications

  • At least 6 months of experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant
  • Strong team-player mentality
  • Ability to maintain high performance standards in a busy environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of craft beer and food pairing is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Provide expert knowledge of the menu and beer selections to guests
  • Deliver exceptional, personalized service to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Manage tables efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced scratch-kitchen environment
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
  • Upsell specialty dishes and beer pairings to maximize guest experience
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area
  • Foster a welcoming and engaging atmosphere through positive interactions with guests
