Job Requirements

  • Must be able to speak and read English
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must comply with health and safety regulations
  • Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems
  • Willingness to participate in tip pooling

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Positive attitude and passion for hospitality
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage menus
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
  • Provide menu recommendations and answer guest questions about ingredients and preparation
  • Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate order flow
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
