Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Able to obtain all required food and alcohol serving certifications prior to employment
- Capable of standing for long periods of time (10 plus hours)
- Able to safely lift and maneuver up to 20 pounds
- Strong commitment to guest service and teamwork
- Able to communicate effectively in dominant languages of guests
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant serving role preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Certification for food and alcohol serving as required by county regulations
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods
Job Duties
- Welcome guests into the restaurant and treat each guest like a VIP
- Have thorough knowledge of all products and ingredients offered
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Seat guests and bus tables as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant including tables, terminals, refrigeration units, and host stands
- Observe guests throughout their visit to ensure satisfaction with food, service, and ambiance
- Collaborate with team members to support smooth operations
