Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Able to obtain all required food and alcohol serving certifications prior to employment
  • Capable of standing for long periods of time (10 plus hours)
  • Able to safely lift and maneuver up to 20 pounds
  • Strong commitment to guest service and teamwork
  • Able to communicate effectively in dominant languages of guests

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant serving role preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
  • Certification for food and alcohol serving as required by county regulations
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
  • Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests into the restaurant and treat each guest like a VIP
  • Have thorough knowledge of all products and ingredients offered
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately
  • Seat guests and bus tables as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant including tables, terminals, refrigeration units, and host stands
  • Observe guests throughout their visit to ensure satisfaction with food, service, and ambiance
  • Collaborate with team members to support smooth operations
