Job Requirements

Ability to work nights, weekend, and some holidays
excellent customer service skills
basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and function preferred
basic math skills, possess the ability to handle money, and operate a point-of-sale (POS) system
prior experience preferred but not necessary
training will be provided

High school diploma or equivalent
prior server or equivalent restaurant experience
excellent customer service skills
basic math skills
basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures
ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays

Job Duties

Creates a friendly and welcoming environment for Center guests
provides excellent customer service in a professional manner
maintains high standards of personal appearance and grooming which includes wearing the proper uniform and nametag when working
takes food and beverage orders from guests and enters orders into the point-of-sale system
performs side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment
maintains clean service areas
assists fellow servers as situations arise
assists bus person with clearing and resetting tables
fills in, as needed, to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the immediate supervisor
other duties as assigned by the F&B Operations Manager and/or Supervisors
