Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capability to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- ability to work well in a team with attention to detail

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- positive customer service experience
- ability to operate POS system

Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly when seated
- suggest sales of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
- accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- promptly pick up and deliver food orders
- ensure customers are well attended to, offer drink refills and remove unused items
- deliver and settle the bill timely
- thank customers and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
