Job Requirements

high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
two years serving experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
must be able to meet state age requirements for handling alcohol
regular and reliable attendance
country club experience preferred

Job Duties

provides immediate attention to all guests upon seating
describes specials of the day to guests
answers questions regarding menu items and offers suggestions
takes food and beverage orders and delivers promptly
follows-up to ensure guest satisfaction and replenishes items
participates in pre-shift meetings and taste tests
maintains organized workstation and completes side work duties
accountable for checks and cash transactions using POS system
follows established systems for taking, placing, and delivering orders
follows standards for greeting, cocktail service, food delivery, and general service
practices tray service for all food and beverage
incorporates safe work practices
performs other duties as required
