Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service preferred
Ability to stand and move for extended periods
Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Basic math skills for handling payments
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
Commitment to providing excellent customer service

Job Duties

Start with side work to ensure the shift runs smoothly
Serve customers and create a fun dining experience
Take orders accurately and efficiently
Process payments, total bills, accept payment, and make correct change
Serve guests in a friendly and attentive manner
Assist with refilling drinks and other support tasks
Work collaboratively with team members to maintain service quality
