Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior restaurant experience preferred
- Valid RAMP/TIPS certification
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Demonstrated knowledge of beer, wine and food service
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tables and customer needs effectively
- Knowledge of POS systems
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Describes menu and daily specials
- Takes orders and enters them into the POS system
- Delivers beer and wine lists
- May open and pour wine when serving guests
- Make sure customers have everything they need to enjoy their meals
- Observes diners to ensure they are satisfied with food and service
- Responds to additional requests
- Rings up bill and accepts payment or refers guests to cashier
- May assist bus person in stocking, removing and resetting dishes and silverware between courses, and cleaning and resetting vacated tables
- Possesses superior beer, wine and food knowledge
- Prepares table and maintains throughout service
- Runs food quickly and accurately
- Communicates with the kitchen
- Manages section and service
- Maintains side work throughout shift
- Attends required trainings and meetings
- Delivers an exceptional experience through outstanding hospitality and food service to the guests
