  • Minimum five years experience as a server/waiter in a high-volume restaurant
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be at least 21 years of age

Job Duties

  • Greet customers as they arrive and show them to their tables
  • Present menus to customers and make recommendations based on their preferences
  • Take food and drink orders from customers and enter orders into the POS system
  • Answer any questions that customers may have about the menu
  • Make sure that customers are satisfied with their dining experience and address any concerns they may have
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times
  • Prepare and serve drinks, including alcoholic beverages
  • Clear tables and ensure that they are clean and ready for the next customer
  • Perform side work and opening/closing duties as needed
