Minimum five years experience as a server/waiter in a high-volume restaurant
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for long periods
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be at least 21 years of age

Job Duties

Greet customers as they arrive and show them to their tables
Present menus to customers and make recommendations based on their preferences
Take food and drink orders from customers and enter orders into the POS system
Answer any questions that customers may have about the menu
Make sure that customers are satisfied with their dining experience and address any concerns they may have
Provide excellent customer service at all times
Prepare and serve drinks, including alcoholic beverages
Clear tables and ensure that they are clean and ready for the next customer
Perform side work and opening/closing duties as needed
