Job Duties
- Provide friendly, quality hospitality to each guest
- anticipating and reacting to guest needs
- consistently and accurately using cleanliness lists and station checklists
- demonstrate a complete understanding of the menu
- develop positive working relations with all restaurant team members and work as part of a team to reach a common goal
- adapt to changing customer volume levels with a sense of urgency
- be open to cross-training in different areas throughout the restaurant
- maintaining proper food and alcohol handling, safety, and sanitation standards
