Job Requirements

must be reliable and prompt
passion for quality food and hospitality
must be able to stand for long hours and lift up to 25+ pounds

Job Qualifications

Guest service experience
ability to work professionally in a team-centric environment
comfortable in a high-energy environment
ability to maintain professionalism and be levelheaded during peak hours
strong communication skills
basic understanding of food and beverage safety
capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting

Job Duties

Provide friendly, quality hospitality to each guest
anticipating and reacting to guest needs
consistently and accurately using cleanliness lists and station checklists
demonstrate a complete understanding of the menu
develop positive working relations with all restaurant team members and work as part of a team to reach a common goal
adapt to changing customer volume levels with a sense of urgency
be open to cross-training in different areas throughout the restaurant
maintaining proper food and alcohol handling, safety, and sanitation standards
