Job Requirements

Must be at least 19 years of age or older
Ability to work full-time or part-time hours including day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
Legal authorization to work in the United States
Ability to stand and move for extended periods
Availability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Reliable transportation to and from work

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant server role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Comfortable with technology and adaptive to working alongside robotic service tools
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Passionate about providing high-quality guest service

Job Duties

Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately
Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high customer service standards
Collaborate with team members and assist where needed to provide seamless service
Operate alongside and assist with the Kura Bot server technology
Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest experience
Ensure cleanliness and organization of service areas and dining rooms
