Job Requirements
- Minimum education not specified
- at least 2 years of experience in high-volume, full-service restaurants preferred
- TABC certification or willingness to obtain before start date
- ability to work a minimum of 4 shifts per week or 24 hours, including at least two weekend shifts
- reliable availability and punctuality

Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant (bistro or brunch preferred)
- strong knowledge of food, cocktails, and wine
- TABC certified or willing to be certified before start date

Job Duties
- Greet guests with warmth, confidence, and professionalism
- guide guests through our seasonal brunch and bistro menu, offering thoughtful food and drink recommendations
- use strong sales techniques to increase check averages while keeping the guest's best experience in mind
- execute service with accuracy, pacing, and poise from order taking to wine service to course timing
- stay up-to-date on all menu items, ingredients, allergens, specials, and beverage offerings
- work with urgency while staying calm and composed, even during busy brunch rushes
- address guest concerns with professionalism and quick problem-solving
- collaborate with the kitchen, bar, and fellow FOH staff to deliver seamless hospitality
- follow all health codes and TABC regulations at all times
