Job Requirements

Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
Ability to multitask and work with attention to detail and as part of a team

Job Qualifications

Previous customer service or server experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for handling payments
Familiarity with POS systems
Ability to work as part of a team
Attention to detail

Job Duties

Welcome customers and greet them with a smile upon seating
Suggest and promote drinks, appetizers, and desserts
Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
Collect and promptly deliver food orders
Ensure customers are well attended, offer drink refills and clear unused items
Deliver and settle bills in a timely manner, thank customers and invite them to return
Follow all food safety regulations
