Job Requirements
- Must be a minimum of sixteen years of age
- Must possess, at a minimum, a 10th grade education or equivalent experience
- At least 1-year experience as a server or in a similar food service environment
- Working knowledge of health and safety policies and procedures
- Freedom from illegal use of drugs
- Freedom from effects of drugs and alcohol in the workplace
- No history of abuse, neglect, or mistreatment in a healthcare setting
- Demonstrates effective time management skills

Job Duties
- Take resident meal orders and serve meals correctly and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service while engaging with coworkers and residents
- Attend to food allergies and preferences, ensuring each resident receives meals as needed
- Deliver meals, food, and drinks to residents and their guests with professionalism
- Clean and reset dining areas, food service areas, and residents' rooms
- Engage with residents and community members with charm, professionalism, and respect
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, preparation, ingredients, and presentation
- Relay messages from residents to the kitchen regarding dining needs and special requests
- Use technology such as a Point of Sale to communicate clearly between residents and kitchen
- Perform customer service, food service, and related communication duties
