Job Qualifications

  • 1-year previous server experience in restaurant/hospitality/entertainment venue
  • superb customer service and interpersonal skills
  • excellent problem solver and team player
  • flexible with varying schedules to reflect business needs
  • must have knowledge of food & beverage preparation and service
  • must be able to lift, carry, push and pull food trays, carts, chairs and tables up to 40 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
  • general math skills

Job Duties

  • Provide superior customer service to our guests
  • assist in patron food and beverage selection, presenting menu and answering patron questions regarding menu, cuisine and beverages
  • transmit orders to bar and kitchen identifying patron special requests and any dietary restrictions
  • serve orders, maintain table settings by removing courses, replenishing beverages, utensils, and ensuring guests requests or issues are handled promptly and courteously
  • adhere to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies
  • process guest bills efficiently and correctly
