Job Qualifications
- 1-year previous server experience in restaurant/hospitality/entertainment venue
- superb customer service and interpersonal skills
- excellent problem solver and team player
- flexible with varying schedules to reflect business needs
- must have knowledge of food & beverage preparation and service
- must be able to lift, carry, push and pull food trays, carts, chairs and tables up to 40 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
- general math skills
Job Duties
- Provide superior customer service to our guests
- assist in patron food and beverage selection, presenting menu and answering patron questions regarding menu, cuisine and beverages
- transmit orders to bar and kitchen identifying patron special requests and any dietary restrictions
- serve orders, maintain table settings by removing courses, replenishing beverages, utensils, and ensuring guests requests or issues are handled promptly and courteously
- adhere to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies
- process guest bills efficiently and correctly
