Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a restaurant service role
- strong knowledge of food and beverage, especially Mexican cuisine
- certification in responsible alcohol service or willingness to obtain
- availability to work nights and weekends
- ability to work full-time or part-time
- excellent interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience in food and beverage service
- passion for Mexican and Latin cuisine
- excellent communication skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of tequila and mezcal
- sommelier or cicerone certification a plus
- commitment to professional development
