Job Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- must be able to lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 30 lbs
- must be able to stand and walk throughout a 4 to 8 hour shift
- must be able to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing
- must meet state, county, or municipal health regulations for food handling
- minimum age requirement of 21 in restaurants that free pour alcoholic beverages

- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a customer service or server role preferred
- excellent communication skills
- basic math skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- strong product and menu knowledge
- ability to handle cash and complete transactions accurately

- ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly
- take and deliver orders accurately
- suggestively sell menu items to meet guest check targets
- assist with seating and special guest needs
- prepare and serve beverages and some food items
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
- handle cash and credit transactions following safety policies
- respond promptly and courteously to guest complaints and requests
- pre-bus, clear, clean, and preset tables
- assist with "to go" orders
