- ability to meet state age requirements for handling alcohol

Job Duties
- provide immediate attention to all guests upon seating
- describe specials of the day to guests and answer menu questions
- take food and beverage orders from guests and deliver food promptly
- follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and replenish items
- participate in pre-shift meetings and taste tests
- maintain organized workstation and side work duties
- manage checks and cash transactions using Point of Sale system
- follow established systems for taking, placing, and delivering orders
- adhere to standards for greeting, cocktail service, food delivery, and overall service
- practice tray service for all food and beverage
- incorporate safe work practices
- perform other duties as required
