high school diploma or equivalent
ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
excellent communication skills
customer service experience preferred
ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
present menu items and provide detailed information on specials and craft beverages
take accurate orders and relay them efficiently to kitchen staff
deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction
handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area
work collaboratively with team members to deliver exceptional service
