- ability to observe and differentiate between monetary denominations
- ability to observe and ensure product quality and presentation

Job Duties
- Greets customers and applies suggestive selling techniques
- records orders and ensures prompt placement
- prepares appetizers, desserts and beverages
- seats customers and introduces daily features
- collects payment following cash handling procedures
- clears and presets tables
- performs cleaning and stocking duties
- assists other service personnel
- resolves guest complaints and notifies management
