Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong customer service skills
Ability to stand for extended periods
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to follow health and safety guidelines

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred

Job Duties

Work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment
Demonstrate genuine hospitality while greeting and establishing rapport with guests
Guide guests through menus with thorough knowledge of food, beverages, and ingredients
Take accurate orders and partner with team members to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests' expectations
Provide friendly and attentive service that builds guest intent to return
Assist in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized, and safe restaurant
