Job Requirements

Meet state minimum age for alcohol service
six months of related serving experience
ability to lift or move up to 20 pounds
ability to walk, stand, bend, and twist as needed
ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
frequent hand immersion in water and chemical solutions

Job Qualifications

At least six months of related serving experience
experience in high-volume or fast casual dining preferred
ability to interact with customers and coworkers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
familiarity with customer service and cash handling policies
ability to maintain station cleanliness
strong communication skills

Job Duties

Take food and beverage orders
enter orders quickly and accurately
serve food and beverages to guests in assigned sections
coordinate with kitchen to ensure timely service and food quality
check back with guests to ensure satisfaction
maintain table appearance by pre-bussing and removing clutter
present checks and handle payments according to company policies
