Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid server permit for hire in Oklahoma, Georgia, and Tennessee
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods
- good communication skills
- age 18 or older
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a customer service or restaurant environment preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus
- valid server permit required in Oklahoma, Georgia, and Tennessee
- strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- provide detailed menu information and recommendations to guests
- deliver orders accurately and efficiently to tables
- ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
- handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- cross-train in cashiering, hosting and bartending as needed
