Job Requirements

Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a server or customer service role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Team player with attention to detail
Familiarity with POS systems is a plus

Job Duties

Greet customers warmly and welcome them with a smile when seated
Suggest drink, appetizer, and dessert sales
Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
Timely pick up and deliver food orders
Ensure customers are well attended to, offer drink refills, and clear unused items
Deliver and settle the check promptly, thank customers, and invite them to return
Follow all food safety regulations
