Job Requirements

Must be a minimum of sixteen years of age
must possess at least a 10th grade education or equivalent work experience
one year experience as a server or in a similar food service environment
working knowledge of health and safety policies and procedures
freedom from illegal drug use
freedom from use and effects of drugs and alcohol in the workplace
persons found guilty by a court for abuse, neglect, or mistreatment in a healthcare setting are ineligible for employment
demonstrates effective time management skills

Job Duties

Take resident meal orders and serve meals correctly and efficiently
provide exceptional customer service while engaging with coworkers and residents
bring a heightened awareness for food allergies and preferences ensuring each resident receives meals as needed
deliver meals, food, and drinks to residents and their guests with efficiency and professionalism
clean and reset areas of the community within dining areas, food service areas, and residents' rooms
engage with residents and others in the community with charm, professionalism, respect, and a bright personality
maintain a working knowledge of all menu items, preparation, time, ingredients, and method of presentation
