Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- basic math skills for handling payments
- ability to stand and move for extended periods

Job Duties
- coordinate entire station and communicate with front and back-of-house personnel
- process guest orders accurately
- observe diners to ensure satisfaction with food and service
- respond to additional guest requests promptly
- observe when meal has been completed
- deliver bill and process payment
- stock, remove, and reset dishes and silverware between courses
- clean and reset vacated tables
- complete assigned side work
