Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous restaurant experience preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- basic math skills
- ability to handle cash and process payments

Job Duties
- Coordinate entire station and communicate with front and back-of-the-house personnel
- process guest orders
- observe diners to ensure guest satisfaction with food and service
- respond to additional guest requests
- observe when the meal has been completed
- deliver bill and process payment
- stock, remove, and reset dishes and silverware between courses
- clean and reset vacated tables
- complete assigned side work
