Job Requirements

Must meet minimum age and be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
Ability to work in a team with attention to detail and multitasking ability

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Basic knowledge of POS systems
Friendly and approachable demeanor

Job Duties

Greet customers and welcome them with a smile when seated
Suggest sale of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
Retrieve and deliver food orders in a timely manner
Ensure customers are well attended to, offer drink refills and clear unused items
Deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
Follow all food safety regulations
