Job Requirements
- Valid RAMP/TIPS certification
- Prior restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to stand and walk regularly
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Dependability and punctuality
- Ability to follow safety and security procedures
- Must be able to perform essential job duties satisfactorily

Job Duties
- Describes menu and daily specials
- Takes orders and enters them into the POS system
- Delivers beer and wine lists
- Opens and pours wine when serving guests
- Ensures customers have everything they need to enjoy their meals
- Observes diners to ensure satisfaction with food and service
- Responds to additional requests
- Rings up bills and accepts payment or refers guests to cashier
- Assists bus person in stocking, removing and resetting dishes and silverware
- Prepares table and maintains throughout service
- Runs food quickly and accurately
- Communicates with the kitchen
- Manages section and service
- Maintains side work throughout shift
- Attends required trainings and meetings
- Delivers exceptional hospitality and food service
