Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous food and beverage experience preferred
Food Handler certification as required by state and city
Alcohol Server certification as required by state and city
Completed food and beverage service training
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work indoors and occasionally outdoors
Ability to follow instructions

Job Duties

Provide food and beverage service to members and guests adhering to company standards of service
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the a la carte menu including daily features and specials
Possess clear knowledge of all various liquors, beer, and wines available at the club
Take orders and fulfill them in a timely manner
Work closely and coordinate with other team members to ensure member and guest satisfaction
Display a positive attitude consistently
Communicate effectively with members, guests, and team members
